The staff were so understanding and nice to myself and my children. The continental breakfast each morning was excellent, always restocked and fresh hot food. Extra pillows and blankets were provided at no extra charge. The pool was a huge bonus to my children and I when they got restless in the room.

The staff tried to be as helpful as possible with everything we were going through-so that was nice of them. However, the staff also gives out a lot of information regarding the property, other staff members that probably shouldn't be discussed and inappropriate for guest to here.

The staff was exceptional. Booking.com had cancelled our reservation even though I had confirmed it. They kindly called to make sure I wanted to cancel it last minute. I was in town for my daughters graduation so really stressed out to hear my reservation had been cancelled by Booking.com unbeknownst to me. They were able to accommodate me with a better price thank Booking.com, which I will never use again

Breakfast was fast and good...the well-cooked bacon was delicious, was much better then the soft bacon. All of the front desk attendants were fantastic. The pull out couch bed in my king room where my grandson slept was terrible...not suited for a grown person.
